I’m Sarah, the creator of Ginger the Frog and the founder of Cobargo Wellness Group.


For over a decade, I’ve supported children and adults in building emotional wellbeing through mindfulness-based, nervous-system-aware work.


 I’m a therapist qualified in hypnosis, kinesiology, EFT, Psych-K, and I am a Reiki master and have spent many years studying and teaching practices that help people regulate, reconnect, and feel safe in their bodies again.


Over the last few years, I supported over 1,200 people through community-based wellbeing work following environmental crisis and the pandemic.

That experience deepened my understanding of how stress, overwhelm, and unprocessed emotions show up in everyday life, especially in families.


Ginger the Frog grew from this work and was developed through the iAccelerate program at the University of Wollongong.

The program now supports children aged 3–7 and the adults who care for them, with a focus on co-regulation, emotional safety, and resilience.



This webinar brings together what I’ve learned from working with families in real life, not theory.

 It’s about practical, grounded support for the moments when parenting feels hard.
